


Christine Potter
A Sydney University graduate with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy), Christine has over 25 years of clinical experience. Working over both public and private sectors through out Sydney, she has a wide range of skills, treating a variety of patients in all age groups. Christine has a special interest in the sacroilliac joint and has been mentored by Barbara Hungerford an international expert in pelvic health. Christine has also studied under Diane Lee adopting the Integrated Systems Model, which looks at the body in a holistic way, understanding how seemingly distant bodily areas interact to create complex issues.
Christine was certified as a Pilates instructor through Polestar in 2019, with a focus in Studio rehabilitation techniques. Christine enjoys using rehabilitation to empower patients to rebuild confidence in their bodies again and restoring beautiful fluid movement. Educating her clients about how their bodies work, what has gone awry and what to expect along the journey to recovery, is a cornerstone of her treatments. Christine is passionate about fostering patient resilience and functional capacity through building long term therapeutic relationships.
